with,"' be ~ended, by adding thereto, a section to be known and designated as
Section' ~2a, which shall read as follows: ~
Section 32a. 2he.water rates as established by Section 31 and 32 off Ordin-
ate Nc. 63S, if paid on ~r before the fifth (5) ~ay of each month, after this
Ordinance shall ~ke effect, shall be...diaeounted five (6%)-per cent~.of-the -- ~
~o~t of ~e hilI, as fixed by such ra~e, a~. if such bills a~ nos paid before
the tenth (10) of each and every ~nt~, after this Ordi~nce shall take effect,
there s~ll be a pe~lty of ten (10%) per cent, cf ~e a~t of such bill, added
thereto, and iff such bill is not paid on or before the twentieth (20) df each
and every momth, after this Ordinance sh~l take effect, then such bill s~all
become delinquent a~ the Superintendent shall have the right, at his option, t,
t~n the water off from the premises se~ed, upon which ~ch bills are delinquent,
withou~ notice. ~d such water service s~ll not be res~ed ~til 'the ~o~t due,
together with, pe~lty is paid in full and an additional, fee of One ($1.00) Dollar
is ~id for shutting off and t~ning on such ~ter.
