The City Cocci] of the ~of Bremerton do orda~ as follows:
Sec. 1. It shall be unla~ul ~f'o~.~ny person to deface the sidewalks of the city
of Bremerton by paintings or drawings of~kind or nature or by placing of
other kind of defacements or c~ricatures thereon
Sec. ~. ~y person or persons violating the ~&.~ions of this ordinance shall
.be deemed ~ilty of a misdeameanor and s~ll be fined, no~o.~ex~eed $300 or imprison~
ed in the city jail for not more than 90 days or shall be botH~fi~ngd and imprisoned.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five'~d-a~s after its
signature, approval and publication.
