AN ORDINANOE regulating the standing and parking of automobiles in front of busines~
establishemnts on the streets of the city of Bremerton.
The City Council of the City of Bremerton do ordain as follows:
Sec. 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of any jitney, buss or "For Hire"
automobile to stand or pa~k--said vehicle on the streets of Bremerton, in front of any
place of busines~ where there is a sign or notice reading "Stand or Park Mo Jitneys
or ~or Hire Cars Here," without having the written consent of the occupan$ of the
building or p~emises abutting.
S~c. £. Any person or persons violatih~ the provisions of this ordinance shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shal% be punished by a fine of not to exceed
$100, or by imprisonment not to exceed ten days, or hy both such fine and imprisonment.

S~c. 9. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five days from and after
its passage, approval and publication as provider by law.
