or distribution wi~hi'~ the corporate limits of ~he Ci~y of Bremer~on, any adver~isi~
ma~er wi~hou~ first obtaining a iicens~ therefor, ffrom the City of Bremer~on, and
providing a penalty flor ~h~ violation ~hereof," and repealing Ordinance No. 717. The Oi~y 0o-mcil of ~he City of Bremer~on, do ordain as follows:
Sec. 1. Tha,~ Section 2 of 0rdi~ce No. 1~3, entitled "~ ordinai'lce prohibiting ~h~
posting, painting, ~ac~_i~-~ or distribution wi~hi.~ ~he corpora~e !!~ ~s of ~he Oi~;y of
Ci~y of Bre:~az~ton, and providing a ~enal~y for ~he vio!a~ion ~hereof," be and the
same hereby is ~uended ~o read as follows:
Sec. 2. Any person desiring ~o obtain a license for such purpose shall pay~O
the city treasurer the sum ,of $75 as an annual license fee, and shall file the reoeip~
thereof with the city clerk. Th~ city council, m,ay at its discretion, thereupon
issue the license herein provided for.
Sec. 2. That Ordinance No. 717 be and it hereby is repealed.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five days from and after
its approval and publication as provided by law.
