§8 of Ordinance No. Z25, entitled, "An Ordinanc~ for the Preservation of public mor-
aliSy, peace, safeSy and good order in the City of Bremerton, and providing penalties
for the violation thereof."
The 0ity Council of the City of Bremerton do ordain as follows:
Sec. 1~. Tha~ Sec$ion ~8, of Ordinance ~, en~i$1ed 'An 0rdin~ce for the preser-
vation of public morality, peace safety and goed order in the 0i~y of Brem~r~on, and
~roviding penalties for violation thereof," be and it hereby is amended to read ~s
follows:
~Sec. ~8. Any persons violating or failing to comply with the provisions of this
ordinance, shall be deemed g~ilty of a misdeameanor and upon conviction thereof sh~ll
~e punished by a fine in ~ny s~ not exceeding Three Hundred ~$~00) dollars, or by
~mprisonm~nt in the city Jail not exceeding 90 days or by both such fine aud imprison-
hen t.
Sec. ~.~ This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five days from and ~fter
~$s p~ssage, approval and publication as provided by law.
