AN ORDINAECE providing for a petition to the County Oommissioners of Eitsap
County, '~?ashington, to vacate all that part of Ivy Green Cemetery lying north
of Central Avenue a&d Central Avenue produced, according to the recorded plat
thereof, approving and confirming the replat of said part of said ~vy Green
Cemetery, authorizing the ~.[ayor and City Clerk to dedicate same, and authorizing
the filing of same in the office of the County ~uditor, sub'Ject to approval of
the County Commissioners.
BE IT ORDAIi~ELD BY THE CIf~ COI~¥£ISSIONEttS OF ~-~E CITY OF B~TE~RT~ON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1, That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they ~re hereby authorized
and directed to petition the Oounty Commissioners of Kitsap County, i'~ashington,
to vacate all that part of the plat of Ivy Green Cemetery according to the recorded
plat thereof, lying North of Central avenue and Oentral Avenue produced, according
to said plat, in the name of the City of ~remerton.
Section E. That the replat of that part of Ivy Green Oemetery l$ing north
of Oentral avenue and Oentral ~venue produced, according to the recorded p~t
thereof, which replmt is now on file with the City' Glerk of said City, be and the
same is hereby approved, confirmed and adopted as the authorized and legal plat
of so much of said Ivy Green Oemetery as is included in the replat thereof, and
according to said replat; and that the lots, blocks, walks, ways, avenues ~nd
streets according to said replat, be adopted as the official replat of that part
of Ivy Green Cemetery, and that the May:~r and the City Olerk of said City be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to make official dedication thereof.
Section ~. That the reolat of that part of Ivy GreenGemetery lying North
of ~entral ~venue and ~entra~ ~ven2e produced, be submitted to the ~ounty Commi-
ssioners for their approval, and, upon approval of ~ame, that the said repls, t be
filed and recorded as t~e -~fficial replat of that part of Ivy Green Cemetery
included in such replat.
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the Oity Commission, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this ls~ day of November, A. D. 1924.
