BE IT ORDAINED BY THE OITY CO~.~IS$ION OP THE CITY OP BRE~¥[ERTOI~, AS POLLOWS:
Section 1. Tha~ on and after the first day of November, 19£4, evfry P~rson,
firm or cerpora~ion doing an express business in the City of Bremer~on, shipping
and receiving goods over the Municipal ~harf of said Ci~y, shall pay to the City
Wharfinger of the City of ~remerton, ~he sum of Pifteen ~$1§.001 Dollars per
month, payable monthly in advance, as rental, or fixe~ charge for ~he use of
said ~harf, and as paymen$ for the shipping and receiving of express over said
~arf.
Section 2. m~his Srdinance shall be in full force and effec~t JO days from
and after its passage and publication, as provided by law.
