AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of that certain strip of land lying
between Block One (1), Naval ~ddition to ~eeatur, and the U. So Neander Line, and
designated in the plat thereof as a boulevard; and providing that said strip so
vacated ~hall revert to the property of the ~butting owners.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COI~,LISSION 0F THE CITY OF BREI~RTON:
Section 1. That that certain strip of land lying between Block One ~l) of
Naval ~ddition to Decatur and the U. ~. i~eander Line 100 feet more or less in
width and designated on the ple. t thereof as boulevard be, and the same is, hereby
vacated as a public thoroughfare.
Section £. That the said strip of land so vacated me a public thoroughfare
be, and the s~me is, hereby ~eclared to be the 0ro~erty of the owners of land
abutting thereon, according to law.
Section ~. This 0rdi~anee shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission, signed by the ~ayor, and attested by the ~ity
Clerk in authentication of such passage this 50th day ~f July, ~, ~. 19E4.
