AN 0EDINAN~ dedicating certain real property belonging to the 0ity of
Bremer ton for Park and playground purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COi~,E~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BREi~TON:
SectiOn 1. That certain real property belonging to the City of Bremerton,
situated in maid City, County of Kitsap, State of Washington, described as follows,
to-wit~
0ommencing at a point on the south margiu of ~enth Street, and midway
between V~arren ~venue and ~r~adway Avenue; Thence west to the west
margin of 9roadway Avenue; Thence north ~0 feet; ~hence west 38.55
feet; Thenae sou~h 65 feet; ~hence west 100.~3 feet; '~hence south to
the south line of Lot 24 Block 4, Dietz Addition; Ther~e east to the
East margin of ~roa~way Avenue; Thence south ~8.6 feet; Thence east
132.88 feet to a point medway betweea Br,oadway and Warren Avenue;
Thence north to the point of beginning, Excepting the area taken for
Broadway Avenue and Ninth ~reet,
be and the same is hereby set aside and dAdicated for park and playground purposes,
for the use of the public.
Section ~. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage and publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Oommissioners, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage this ~3rd day of July, A. ~. 1924.
