AN ORDINANCE a~provfng ~ adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the improvement of ~regory Way from the center line of High Street East to the
Navy Yard fence at Chester Avenue, and Amoka avenue from the North margin of Gregory
Way North to the. South I~argin of Pourth Street.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COI~[ISSION 0~~ THE CITY OP BRE~TON:
Section.1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City Engi-
neer and on file with the City Olerk for the improvement of ~reogry Way from the
etnter Iine of High Street Sas~ to the Navy Yard fence a~ Chester ~venue, and Anoka
Avenue from the North margin of *regory ~ay North to the South margin of Four, th
Street, be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and DUblication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission, signed by the ~ayor and attested by the Oity
