BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY 00Mi.~K[SSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That altho all assessments, interest and penalty levied in Local Improvement ~istrict No. 58 have been paid into the Fund in said District, save ,and except a penalty on City assessments, by reason of the failure of said City to pay the assessments in said District as they became due, and that by reason cf said failure cn the part cf the City to pay such assessments as they became due, and by reason of the failu~e of said City to pay any penalty on said assess- ments, such shortage exists. Section 2. That no provision was r~de in the annual budget adopted, for the expenditure of Funds in this District or for meeting the obligations cf the City in said District. and the payment of the outstanding bonds in said District is necessary to relieve the City of liability and an emergency ex~sts, said budget is herehy amended tc provide for the payment of Six Hundred Thirty-four ar~i 70/100 ~$634.70) Dollars out of the Current Expense ~und into the Fund of Local Improvement ~istrict No. 58. Section 3. ~hat there be., and hereby is, transferred from the Current Expense Fund, the sum of Six Hundred Thirty-four and 70/100 ($634.70),Dollars to be paid int~ the Fund of Local Improvement District No. BS, for the purpose cf paying outstanding bonds in said ~istrict. Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days from and after its passage and publicatisn as provided by law.
