BE IT ORD~NED BY TEE CITY COi~ISSION 0P THE CITY 0~' BRE~ERTON:
Sectionll. That certain alley running North and Oouth in Block One Il), ~n
Naval Addition to ~ecatur, and the West end of the alley running ~st and West in
said ~loek One Il), beginning at a point in said alley 1~8 fee~ West of the West
margin of ~ildred Street in said Naval Addition to~Deeatur, thence running West
to the U. ~. ~eander Line, be, and the same are, hmueby vacated as public thor-
oughfare s.
Section ~. That the portions of the alleys so vacated shall revert to the
owners of the Pr0per~y abutting thereon as provided by law.
Section J. This 0rdinar~e shall he in fUll force and effect thirty IJ0) days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
