AN ORDINANCE providing for the replat of the North 3~8,? feet of the present
plat of IVY GR~ 0~ETERY, including all that part of said C~ETERY lying North
of Cen~er S~ree~, and ~oviding for filing ~he s~e of record.
BE IT 0HDAII~D BY ~E CITY OO~ISSION O~ THE OI~ OP ~TON:
Section 1. Tha~ ~ ~r~ of ~he pla~ of IVY ~E~N CE~IE~RY as now exists
lying North of the center line of Center ~treet of Said plat, bei~ ~he North
SSS~,?gfeet of the present pla~ of IN GRiN C~TERY, be, a~ the same is, hereby
replatted into lots and blocks according to ~he repla~ of said North p~t of I~
GREEN O~TE~ on file in the office of the City Clerk, and designated as ~he
"Repla~ of the North one-h~f of I~ GR~ CEmeTERY".
Section 2. That the lo~s and bl~cks ~ the N~rth h~f of said Ivy Green
Cemete~ so repotted s~ll be s~ld aehordi~ ~0 prises hereafter to be designated

%nd fixed by the said City o~xssioners of ~he ~i~y of ~rem~ton, and according
to said rep~.
Section 3. T~ said repla~ of the North h~f of Ivy Green Oeme~ery be
submitted to the County Oommissio~rs of Kitsap Go~ty for approval and filed in
~he records of ~id Co~y.

from ~d after its ~ssag ~d publication, as provided by law.
