Se~i0n 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 77~, entitled: "An ordinaace
regulating oo:~m~n carriers of p~ss~ers upon the ~ublie s~ree~s of the City of
Bremerton by motor propelled vehicles, providi~g for ~he licensing of such vehic-
les, prescribing regulations for ~e sa~e and fixing Denalties ~d r epealin~
0rdi~nee No. 5~3" be a~ ~he sa,~e ~s hereby a~ended t~ read as follows:
Sec~i0n 3. The occultation tax or license fee on each and every jitney bus
shall be Pif~y [~50.00) Dollars per ann~; the occupation ~ax or license fee ~n
.all auto s~ages operated by any ~erson, firm or corporation, between the City of
Bremer~on and~any ~joining municipality sh~l be Three Hundred Pifty
Dollars for any~n~ber of s,uch auto s~ages no~ exceeding ~en {10) a~d Pif~y
[~50.00} Dollars for each. a~ every auto stye operated by such ~erson, firm
corporation in ~cess of ten ~10). The occupation ~ax or license fee for auto
s~ages operatin~ between the City of Oremerton ~d any point outside of the limits
of ~y adjoini~ muaicipality shall be Ten {~)lO.O0) Dollars ioer annum for each and
every such auto stage, a:~ no license issued under the provision of this ordina~ce
shall be transferable.
Sea,ion 2. ~ ~he Ordinance shall be in'fu~l force and effee~ thirty {30) days
from and after i~s ~ssage ~d publication as orovided by law
