SE~, Providing for improvemen of Warren Avwnu~, f~om center cf Evelyn the block, between Ralph St. and Nelson St. by clearing, Grubbing and constructing a combined storm and sanitary lateral sewer of necessary size with inlets.catchbasins and manholes, and'prcvidin~ for drainage and grading thereof, together with any and all other work necessary to finish the work in a good and workman like manner, and to do such other and further work in connection therewith as is necessary ~o make such work and improvement a complet Job, and leveying and asessing the amount thereof mgainst the parcels and lots of land and part~ thereof, betwee~ the ~ermini and within the boundry of said streets and other property as shown on said assessmet roll: and providing ~or the collection thereof and fixing a date for the issuance of the bonds in payment thereof. Whereas notice of the filing of said assessment roll and of the hearing thereof was given in the manner and for the time required by law: and whereas, as provided in this notice, said assessment roll Came on regularl ~o ~e heard on the Tenth ~lOth,) day of ~ebruary, 19~6 and whereas, at such hearing of the City 0ommissioners of the Oity Of Bremerton took said aasessmen roll and protest filed thereto under advisemen~ and for further.consideration and continued the hearing of the same to ~ebruary the seventeenth (l?th.). 19~6. at the hour of Ten (10:00) AmM and all protests to the assessment&, as shown by said assemsmen~ roll of Local Improvement District Nc.lO9 having been duly considered, and s~d commission now being fully adviced in the premises: NOW THEREFOR BE ~T ORDAINED BY THE CITY CO~ISSIO~RS CE THE CITY OF BRE~TON; Section l: That all protests to the assessments of said assessmen~ roll of Local Improvement Distrlo~ No. 109 be and the same are hereby overruled, Section 2: That the assessment roll for Local Improvement District N©. 109 for the im,j)rovement of Warren Avenue from center of Evelyn Stree~ tO approximately the middly of the block, between RAlph Street and Nelson Street, by clearing, grubbing and constructing a combined storm and sanitary lateral sewer of necessary size, with inlets, catch-basins and manholes, and providing for drainage and grading thereof, together with any and all other work necessary to finish the job in a good and workmanlike manne~, and ~o do such other and further work in connection therewith as is nesessary,to make improvement a complete SOb, all in accorda~-~oe wi~h plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer of the Ci!y of Bremerton, and o~ file in the office of the Oity Clerk. as provided by Ordinance 82?, be and ~he s~me is. hereby approved. and that Section ~: thate each parcel and lot of the land and part thereof named in said assessment roll is especially benefited by said improvement there be and hereby is assessed against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof and other property contained in said improvemen~ district as shown in said roll, and respective amounts in said roll. Section 4: That for the purpose of said improvement there is ~ereby craa~&d and established a special f~nd to be known and called _"Local Improvement Fund", District Nc.lO9" Bonds shall be issued in serial ~umbers from ~ to 7, both inclusive,' or so many thereof, as may be necessary to provide for the uncollected portion of said special assessment due or owing in said district, on the date of the issuance of said bonds: Said bonds to be in sums of Two Hundred Dollars [$ 200.00~ each, except the first, ~hich shall be for such fractional part of Two Hundred Dollars ($~00.00) as may be then remaining due and unpaid. Section 5: That the ~lSt. day of March A.D.~926, is hereby fixed for the issuance and sale of 'the bonds to be issued on account of said improvements.
