as provided b~ ordinance 819, be, and the same, is, hereby a~proved.
Section 2. That each oarcel and lo~ of land and part thereof named in
said assessment roll is es~i~ecially benefi~ed by said im~rovement and that
~here be and hereby is asses~sed against each ~arcel and lot of land and part
thereof and other ~roperty contai~ed i~'~ said im~'~rovemen~ district, as shown
in said roll, the resi~ective amount,s in said roll.
Section Z. That for t;~'~e purpos~e of said im'~rovement there is hereb:?
crea~ed and established a s ~ecial fund to be kno~.z~n and called"Local Im,)rove~ent
~d, District No. 106~'. Bonds shall be issued in serial nmu~bers from 1. To
281, ~o~h incl~sibe, or so many ~hereof, as ~nay be necessary to ]~vide for
~he uncollected ?orion of said special assessment due or owing in said distric~
on the date of the issuance of said bonds; said bonds to be in sums of TWO
HUNDRED ~200.00) Dollars each, exce~ot the first, which s~all be for such
fractional part of T~O HUI~i~ED (200.00[ DOLLARS as may be then rema. ining due

Section 4. That ~he 27 day of _P~bruary ~. D. 1926, is
hereby fixed for the issuance and sale of the bonds to be issued on account
of said im~rovements.
Section 6. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after it's pa~sage, approval, a~d ~ublication as provided by law.
