AN ORDINANCE prohiSiting electrical interferencss'wi~h radio

THE CITY CO~ISSION ON THE CITY 0N B~RTON DO:~0RDAIN AS ~0LLO~VS:
Section l; It s~all be unlawful for any psrson, in the Oity of
Breme~ton, to wilfully and knowingly operate or maintain any device or ~
apl~ratus connected with electricity or any electri~ current, which
gives off unnecessary electrical flashes or disturbances or produce
electrical transmission waves which interefer with radio reception.
Section E; Any psrson v~ula~ing this ordinance shall be punished
by a fine of not less than one ($1.00) dollar nos more than one
hundred ($100.00) dollars or be imprisoned for no~ more than thirty
days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
Section ~; ~his ordinance shall be in full force and effec~
~hir~y days after its passage, approval, and publication as
provided by law.
Passed by the 0i~y Commission of the City of Bremerton and
approved ~y the Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 15~h. day of December 19£6.
