The City &ommissioners of the City of Bremerbon, DO ORDAIN as
~ellows:
Secbion l: THAT ~%SKEREAS, there has been presented ahd filed with the
City Commissioner of the City of Bremerton a pebition bo vacate bhat certain
alley runnmng North and South through 8ubb's First Addition ~o Decatur,
Kitsap County, Washington, and.
~AS, Nobiee of said hearing on said petition was duly and
regularly given as provided by law, amd.
WStEREAS, at said hearing no objections were presente~ and it appearing
bo the Ciby Commissioners that said vacation would be of benefi~ to the City
and the publie, and i~ appears to the City Commissioners ~hat i~ is to the
~ublie welfare bo vacate said alley.
That' Said alley sought to be vacated, running North and Soubh through
Rubh~ First Addition bo Decatur, Eitsap County, Washingbon. be, and it
hereby is, vacated.
Beobion ~; ~hat ~his ordinance shall be in full force an~ effeo~
thirty days from and after i~s passage, approval and publication, as provided
by law.
