and also the date of expiration of a~ual licenses issued bT the City of
Bremerton.
~0 /.Sect~°9_l: Th~_ ~l/annual licenses hereafter issued by the City of
dv~erton shal~.~r~fromkt~e first day of July of the year in which they
,~,~ a~ issue//~~ho~rst ~y of July of tho succeeding year.
~e~O~ T~ an~al license fee shall be prorated by the Ci~y Clerk
~ding ~o ~~be~ o~ m~nths of the currem~ year for which such
l~nd/in ~ima~ing such license fee a por~ion of a month
sha~sidered a Whole,on,h.
Section S: ~y holder of an annual license in the City of Bremer~on
which expires prior to the firs~ day of July 19S? may surrender the same
and ~on ~he approval of ~he City Commissioners. the City Clerk is hereby
authorized ~o issue a new license in lieu ~hereof expireing on ~he S0~h.
day of J~e 19E? and apply ~he ~earned por~ion of ~he old a~ual license
fee ~on ~he fee for the new license so issued.
Section ~: This ordinance shmll be in full force an~ effec~ ~hirty
days from and after i~s passage and publication, as provided by law.
