BE IT ORDAINED BY THE i~0R ~ CITY O~ISSIOEERS OF THE CItY
0~ BREME~RTON. ~s follows.
Section 1~ WHEREAS, petition has been bade ~o the 0ity co~smissioners
of the 0i~y of Bremer~on to vacate the hereinafter described street or
Boulevard, an~.
~tLEREAS, notice of said hearing has been given by posting a written
no,ice of'said application for hearing in thr~e cf the most public pla~es
in ~he 0i~y of Bremerton, and a like no,ice in a conspicious place on the
street sought to be vacated, which notice contained a s~atement that
petition had been filed ~o vacate said s~ree~ ~nd ~he ~ime and place fixed
for hearln~sald petition, together with a description o~ Said street, as
provided by law, and.
WHEreAS, 0ertain protests ha~e been filed in regar~ thereto which
said protests have been overruled and sai~ matter of hearing ~ai~ petition
has been continued £rom time to time, and said City 0c~smissinners being
fully adviced in the premises and being of ~he belief that the interezts
of said 0i~y do no~ require said Street.
~HERF~ORE, be. and it hereby is, ordered and directed that ~he followt
Street or boulevard to-wit:
' That certain s~reet or boulevar~ running Northerly
and Southerly across the West ends of Lo~s 1 and 2
Block 2. Naval addition ~o Deactur, Now located in
the City of Bremerton, Kitsap County, ~ashington.
