That the said costs and expenses of sai~ improvement shall be assessed against said property included in such improvemeht district in proportion to area and in accordance with the provisions of Section Two ~2) Chapter One Hundred Sixty-Eight 1168)of the Session Laws of the State of ~ashington for 1915,and~as may be amended thereafter,lexcept such portion thereof as may be charged to said City. Section 5. Bends bearing interes~ at the rate of seven ~7~ per cen~ per annum payable on or before 10 years from date of issuance shall be issued in payment of said improvement (except such portion thereof as may be charged to said city), bonds shall be redeemed by the collection of special assessments to be levied assessed upon the proper~y in said district,payable in e~ght equal annual installments wi~h interest at the rate of ~even ~?1 per cent ,per annum,under the of payment as defined by law and the Ordinances of the City of Bremerton.Wash These bonds shall be delivered to ~H~cntractor in redemption of warrants on the local Improvement~,DiSt~ic~' ~und on the estimate of the ~ity Engineer or the 0ity of Bremer~on may,at the elect~on ,sell said bonds and make such redemptio~ in cash . Section 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from after its passage and publication as provided by law.
