An Ordinance Levying speoi'al and general municipal tax against all the taxable
property of the Olty of Bremerton for the year 1928,and approving the assessment
roll as made by the County Assessor of Kitsap County.
Be it Ordeaned by the 0uty Commissioners of the City of Bremerton,~Vash,
Section l: That a tax of eleven and 96/100 ~llls'on the total vaulation
of the taxable property of the City of Bremerton,Wash, assessAd at Three Million
Two Hundred and thirty thousand Two Hundred ninety-four &00/100 Dollars.(3,230,294,(
amounting to Thirty - eight Thousand Six Hundred thirty-four and ~3/100 Dollars
(38.634.33.) be and the same is hereby levied against all the taxable property
in the 0ity of Bremerton,Wash, for current expenses for municipal purposes for the
year 1928,the same to be carried on the rolls and collected by the Treasurer of
Kitsap Oounty.
Section ~:That One and Sixteen Huhdredths I1 16~1001 Mills amounting
~o Three Thousand Seven Hundred and forty-seven Dollars and fourteen cents,
153,747,14) for Library fund and ~or uses and purposes of Public Libraries in and
for the City of Bremerton,~ash.be ahd the same is hereby levied against all the
taxable property situated in the City of BremerYon,Wash,for the year 1928, the
same to be on the tax rolls and collected by the Treasurer of Kitsap County,
Section ~: ~That Seventeen Hundredths Il?/100) mills amounting to

fundand (forths use and purposes for paying accident claims and Judgements against
the 0ity as provided by law) be and the same is hereby levied against all the tax-
able property situated in the City of Bremerton,Wash, for the year 19£8,the same
tc be carried on the tax rolls and collected by the Treasurer of Kitsap County.
Section 4: That Two (E) mills,amounting to six Thousand Pour
hundred and Sixty Dollars and Pifty 0ents ($6,A60,§9)for such City Hall Interest
'and Bend~Redemption ~und,be and the same is hereby levied a~ainst all the taxable
property situated in the City of Bremerton,~ash,for the year 1928,the same to
be carried on the tax rolls and collected by the Treasurer of Kitsap County.
Section ~: That Five Tenths (81/10 mills amounting to One Thousand
Six Hundred and ~ifteen Dollaes and Fifteen oents($1.61B,1Bl for such local
Improvement~L~Distriet~Sinkingl~und.be and the same is hereby levied against all the
taxable proper~y situated in the City of Bremerton.Wash. for the year 1928.the same
to be carried on the tax rolls and collected by thl County Treasurer of Kitsap Court
Section 6: That the Park Fund be and the same is hereby created
and One and Thirty Six Hundred*he (1 36/100) mills amounting to ~our Thousand~ ThreeT
Hundred and Ninety Three Dollars and Twenty One'Cents ($4.393.21) for such Park ~un~
be and ~he same is hereby levied against all the taxable property aituated in the
City of Bremerton.~ash. for the year 1928.the same to be carried on the tax rolls
and collected by the Treasurer of Kitsap County.
Section 7: That the assessment roll as made by the County Assessol
and reviewd by the County Commissioners for the year 1928.be and the same is hereby
approved as the assessment roll for the levying of municipal taxes for the City of
Bremerton.Wash,
Section 8: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and Publication as provided by law.
