Section 2: That ~ach o~rcel and lot of lan~ ~nd part the:~'eof named
~id assessment roll is especi~lly benefited by said im~roveme~t and that there

other pro~oerty contained in said improvement district, as shown in said

Section 3: That for the purpose of said improvement there id hereby
~reated and established a speci.~l find to be known and called "Local Improvement
