AN Oi~DINAN~E approving the assessment roll for local Improvement D~stric
No ll~.umder Ordinance No, 8?2.for the improvement of Pacific Avenue from South sid~
of Sixth Street to South end of Pacific Avenue at the Nays Yard Pence,Pourth Stree!
from Park Avenue to ~ashington Avenue. Burwell Avenue from the East side of Pacific
Avenue to Washington AVenue.Second Street from the East side of Pacific Avenue to
Second Street Dock. ~ront Street from the Navy Yard Gate to the City Dock and ~ash-
lngton Avenue from Navy Yard Pence th ~ourth Street.by installing ornamental lamp
posts,conduits.wires and lamps for an electrical street lighting system therein,
together with any and all o~her work necessar$ to finish the Job in a good and wor~-
manlike manner.and to do such other and further work in connection therewith as is
necessary to make such improvement a complete Job.and levying and assessing the amcunt
thereof against ~he parcels and lo~s of land and parts thereof,between the'termini and
within the boundary of said Streets and other property as shown on said assessment roll;
and providing for the collection thereof and fixing a date for the issuance of the bonds
in payment thereof.

Section 1. That ~he assessment roll for Local Improvement District No ll6.und~r
Ordinance No 87~. for the improvement of Pacific Avenue from South side of Sixth S~ree~
to South end of Pacific Avenue at the Navy Yard ~ence.Pourth Street from Park Aven~e
to ~ashington Avenue, Burwell Avenue from the East side of Pacific Avenue to W~shiz~gton
Avenue.Second Stree~ from the Eas~ side of Pamific Avenue to Secon~ Street Dock,~r,~nt
~reet from the Navy Yard ~te to the City Dock and Washington Avenue from Navy
rd Fence to Fourth Street,by installing ornamental lamp posts,Conduits,wires and
amps for an electrical street lighting system therein,together with any and all
~her work necessary to finish the Job in a good and workmanlike manner,and to
such other am~>further work in connection therewith as is necessary to make
improvement a complete J~,all in accordance with the plans and specifications
by the City Engineer for the City of Bremerton,on file in the office of
CityyGlerk,as provided by Ordinance No 8?£,be and the same is hereby approved.
Section E. That each parcel and lot of land and part thereof named
said assessment roll is especially benefitted by said improvement and that there
and hereby is assessed against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof
other property contained in said improvement district,as shown dn~.~said roll,
respective amounts of said roll.
Section Z. That for the purpose of said imprSvement there is hereby
,eared and established a special fund to be known and called "Local Improvement
District No llS". Bonds sh~ll be issued in serial numbers from I to 100
, or so many the,roof as ~ay be necessary to provide for the uncollected
cztion of said special assessment due or owing in s~id district,on the date of
ssuance cf said bonds;said bonds to be in the sums of Tw~ Hundred ~$~00.00)

Section ~. That the l?th day of December A.D. 19ES,is hereby fixed
or the issuance and sale of the bonds to be issued on account of said improvememts.
Section B. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
rom and after its passage,approval and publication as provided by law.
