Section 2, Notice of said special election shall be given'by publication in due and proper form under the hand of the Mayor and Clerk of maid City of Bremerton and the seal thereof,in the Official newspaper publishshed in maid City of Bremerton,for not less fhan once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks prior to the date of said election. For apprpving or rejecting Ordinance No 879,relating ~o Ordinance No 850, granting a franchise for cons~r~ction,operation and maintenance of a toll bridge over the Por~ Washington Narrows ~to 'f; E .Buell ,his ,heirs ,executors ,administrators and assigns,and amending ~e~t~on l, thereof,by changing the westerly terminus loca.~ion of ~aid bridge,as described in said Ordinance. ---1 .... ~or aporoving .~endmen~ $ ]' ~or Rejecting ~endment .... ~ and those desiring to vote for or against said amendmen~ shall place a cross [ ) in ~he appropriate square following such Progosi~ion, Section 4. S~id special election shall be opened hy the Inspectors and Judges thereof a~ the hour of eight O'Clock in ~he forenoon on the llth,day of September,1928, and be continuously kept open until the hour of eight O'Clock in the afternoon of said day,when the .polls sh~ll be clOsed,and the place where the vo~es shall be cas~ by the qualified electors of the s~id City of Bremerton shall be the places of their respective Precincts where elections are usually held,and shall be ~he polling placee::used in conducting the Z~imary Election ~o be held on the same day in the several Precincts within ~he s~id city,and ~he duly appoin~ed,,qu~lified and acting Inspectors and Judges of said Primary Election for the respective voting i~recincts of said city are hereby appointed as the Inspectors an~ Judges respectively in th~i~ respective !~ecincts,for ~he purpos~ of conducting said special election.
