Section 2, Tha~ each parcel and lot of land and part thereof named in said assessment roll is especially benefitted by said improvement and fha: there be and hereby is assessed against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof and other ~roperty contained in said improvement district,as shown in said roll,the respective ~mounts in said roll, aectien Z. That for the purpose of payment of said improvement there is hereby created and established a special fund to be known and called "Local Improvement ~md,Distric~ Nc.il5." Bonds shall be i,~ sued in serial numbers from I to 185, both inclusive,or so many thereof ,as may be necessary to provide for the uncollected portion of said special assessment due or owing in said district,on the date of issuance of said bonds; said bonds to be in stems of Two Hundred [~BO0.00) Dollzrs each, except ~he first which shall be for such fractional part of Two Hundred ~200.00 Dollars as may be then due and unpaid. Section 4. That the l?th day of August,A.D.1928, is hereby fixed for ~he issuance and sale off ,the* bends to be issued on account of said improvements. Section 4.
