AN ORDINANCE providing for ~he improvement of Pacific .&venue from South side of Sixth Street to South end of Pacific Avenue at the Navy Yard fence,Fourth Street from Park Avenue to ',?ashington Avenue,Burwell Avenue from the East side of Pacific ~venue to Washington Avenue,Second Street from the Sast side of Pacifi~ Avenue to Second Street Dock,Hront S~reet from the Tavy Yard Gate to the City Dock and Washlng~on ~venue from Navy Yard Fence ~o ?ourth Street,by installing ornamental lamp posts,Conduits,?~ires andlamps for an electrical s~reet lighting system therein,together wi~h any and all other work necessar~ to finish ~he Job in a good and workmanlike manner,and to do such otb, er and further work in connection therewith as is necessary to make such improvement a complete Job,all in accordance wi~h plans and specifications to be placed on file in the office of ~he City Clerk__of the City of Bremerton,~nd all in ac~ordance with a resolution passed by the ~ity Oommissloners of the City of Bremerton on ~he 8th day of Pebruary,19£8,orea~ing a local improvement district there- for, providihg for the assessment of the property in said distric~ and providing for ~he payment thereof,and providing for the payment of the cost of said improvement to be made by special assessment on the property in said district (except such portion thereof as may be charged to said City)and payable by mode of payment by bonds.
