ordinance in conflict herewith.
:~::' BE IT OiO.,I~D BY THE CITY CO/.E,ilSSION 0~' THE CITY 0P B..~.~HTON, as follows:
· :~'~ Section 1. That the denomination and par value of each and every of the bonds
known and designated ~s "S~.~;~TON ',~',~TER ~]I~E BONDS, 1929" issued rudder the
authority of Ordinance No. 895 of ~he Stay of Bremer~on, be'and ~he same i~ hereby
: fixed as and determined to be in ~he sum of ~o Htmdred ~200) Dollars, and ~he
denomination of all such bonds so issued shall be in stroh sum of Tw'o ii~dred
~? ($200J Dollars, irrespeo~ive of the amoun~ fi~ed in ~he form of said bonds as pro-
vided in ~aid Ordinance No. 901.
Section 2, That any provision of any ordinance heretofore adopted contrary to
the provisions of ~his ordinance be ~ ~he same is hereby repealed.
Section ~. This ordinance is. necessary fora the i~m;~edia~e preservation oi' ~he
public peace, health and safety and shall ~ake effec~ i~ediately upo~ its passage.
