Section 1, ~eneve~' in the City of Bremerton on the first duff of January
of ~y year, two installments of any local improvement assessment shell be delin-
quent, or the final installment thereof shall h~ve been delinquent for note than
one year, the City of Sremerton shall, on
such year, proceed with the foreclosure of all such delinquent assessments, or
installment or installments thereof,, as the c~se ma..f be, by pz'ocee~iings in court
therefor in an action brought in its own nan~e in the Superior Court of the State
of Wa~ington for Xitsap
Section 2. All ordinances, or parts o f ordinances, in conflict with ~his
ordinance are her~:by repealed.
