executors, administrators, and assigns, by Ordinance No. 850, as amended by
Ordinance No. 879, of ~he said City of Bremer~on.

of Washing~on, and accordingly be i~ ordained by said Ot~y 00~ission as
follows:
Section 1. That ~he ~me for completing the cons~c~ion of the toll
bridge ac~ss ~o~2 Washington Narrows, within ~e City 0f Bremer~on, 2~a~e of
~ashington, and opening ~he same ~or use, ~der ~he franchise granted to W. E.
Buell, his heirs, executors, admlnistra~ors a~ assigns, by Ordinance No. 850,
as amended by Ordinance No. 879, of ~he said City off Bre~rton, and authorized
by ~he Ac~ of Congress entitled "An Ac~ granting ~he cons~
~. E. Buell, of Sea~le, Washington, to cons~c~ m bridge acr~ss'Por~ Wash-
in,ton Narrows within the city of Bremer~on, in ~he Sta~e of Washington," ap-
proved J~e 14, 1926, and ~he Ac~ of 0ongreSs entitled "~ Ao~ to ex:end the
time for completing ~he cons~mc~'on of ~e b~dge across Port Washington
Narrows, wi,kin the Oi~ of Bremer~on, S~ate of Washing~on, "approved ~ebru-
:~;~. cry 9, 1929, be, and ~he same hereby ie, ex~ended eighteen monks ffr~ June
1~ ~h ~ 2 9.
Section ~. Tha~ ~his Ordinate shall not ~ake effec~ and be enforced
~il i~ has first been passed as prescribed by law, published in ghe official
newspaper of the City of Bremerfion for ~he requisite fiime a~ ~he expense of
~he ~an~ee and submi~.~ed ~o ~he electors of' ~he 0i~y of Bremergon, a~ an
election ~o'be by Ordinance or Resolufiion prqperly called and provided ~herefor
~{~?~by the Oi~y Oo~ission of ~e 0i~y of Bremer~on in the Bga~e of Washington,
~'~'where and when a voile shall be fiaken ~hereon by ~he electors, ~d if a
majority of ~he electors vo~ing upon ~he question at said election shall vo~e
for ~he approving of this Or~n~oe. ~hen i~ shall be and remain in full force
~d effect, bu~ if ~e majority of electors vo~ing upon the question at
election shall vo~e against.the same, ~hen i~ shall be of no force or effect.
