Section 4. 2hat the cost and ex~pense of 'said improvement shall be assess-
ed against said property included in so~id improvement district in proportion to
area and in accordance with provisions of Section 2. Shapter 16@ of the Session
~ws of 'the ~ta~e of Washington for 1915.
Section 5. Bonds l~sa$~ng interes, t at the rate of ~ percent per annum,
payable on or before ten years from date of issuance shall be issued in paymem t
of the cost and expense of said improveman~, which bonds shall be redeemed by
the collection of special assessments ~o be levied and assessed upon the proper~y
within said district, payable in eight equal inst:.~llments wi~h interest at the
rate o£ ~ per cen~ per annum, under the mode of payment by bonds as defined by
law and the ordinanaes of the City of Bremerton. These bonds shall be delivered
~0 the contractor in the redemption of warr~:~nts On the local improvement distric~
fund issued on the estimate cf the 01ty Engineer, or the 0ity of Bremer~on may
at its election sell the said bonds ~nd make such redemption in cash.
Section 5. This o~'din,ance sha, ll be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after it.~: passage and -pubJ. ication as provided by law.
