Section 1. Th~ Section 3 of ~rdinance No.921 relative ~o ~he approv-
ing and adopting the assessmen~ roll f'or Loeal ImProvem~ Dis~ric~ No.ll8
and p~ovi~ing for ~he issuance of bonds in p~en~ of ~hs cos~ of such
improvemen~ be amended ~o read as ~ollows.
Sec~.~on 2. Tha~ for ~he purpose' of ~h'is s~id iSprovem~ ~here
hereby e~ea~ed and es~:~blished ~ special f~d ~o be ~eE and called
"Lec~l Imp~ovemen~ ~d, Dts~ric~ No, llS". Bonds shall be issued in
