~he cons~ructJ..on of concrete curbs and gutters, c3mbined or o~he~vise, the installatio~
of oat~h ba~in~, inlets, flush tanks, and ~an-holes, a~ may be necessary, the adjust-
ment of water mains, laterals and services, and providing for the dr~inage ~hereof,
together with any and all other work as may be necessary to make such improvement a
complete Job, and the levying and asse~::sing the cost thereof against the parcels and
lots of lands and parts tberof between the termini and within the boundary of
s~reet as shown on the said assessment roll, ~nd providing for the collection thereof
and fixing ~he date for ~he issuance of the bonds in paymen~
there of.

,venue; ~hence West approximately 310 feet by clearing, grubbing, gr~di_ng, and
paving with a one-course concrete pavement approxim~tely six inches in thickness
and twenty feet tn wid~; and the construction of a concre~;e sidewalk appro:~inately
three feet in width on the North s:i. de of s~id street f~ a distance of tw: hundred
feet E~st of the East margin of Park ~kvenue, ~hecconstruction of concrete curbs
~ut~ers, c3mbined or otherwise, the inst~llationof ca,ch basins, inlets, flush tanks,
,nd man-holes, as may be necess~ry, the adjustment of w~ter mains, laterals, and
ervices, and procidJng for the drainage ~heeeof, ~oge~her with any and all other
ork ne,:easy, fy'to finish ~he ~ob in a good and workmanlike manner, all in accordance
ith the plans ~nd specifications on file in the offices of the City Clerk, as pro-
~ided by Ordinance ~ 907 be and the ~ame is hereby approved and confirmed.
Section 2, Tha~ each parcel and lot of land or part thereof as shown in said
assessment roll is specially benefi~ed by said improve~:ent, and that there be and
hereby is a~sessed aga:Lnst e~c[: parcel aand lot of l~.nd ~nd part thereof and other
pr:perry con~alned in s~ld Improvemen~ District as shown in s~.id roll, i~cluding
the pro~er~y belongi~g to the City of Bremerton, the respective amounSs im said
roll set against eac[~ said parcel or lo~ of land, or pa~'t thereof, and other property
between the ~ermi~i of said Improve:'~e~t abutting ~pon, adjacent or ~:roximate to said
street, and such amoun~assessed are hereby- declared to be a first lien against each

parcel or lot of land or part thereof, against which the same is assessed in said
roll.
Section 3. That for the puri~ose of this said i::~provemen~ the~.e is hereby
eared and established a special fund to be known and called "Local Improvement
IFund, District No. ll8 ". Said bonds shall be issued in serial numbers fror:~ One
, both inclusive, or so many as ~nay be necessary to provide for th-
uncollected portion of said special assess_sent due or owing in said district on
the da~e herein~ffter fixed, the s,:~me to be in denominations of One Hundred (~$100.)
Dollars each, except the first, which shall be for such fractional partof One
Hundred I~100.; Dollars ~s may be remaining due and unpaldon said date, payable
from s~id Local Improvement Pund, Dis trlot ~llS.
Secti:on 4. That the 4th day of October A.D. 1930, be and the same is
~hereby fixed for the d~te of the issuance arid sale of the [~onds to be is.'~ued on
account of said improvement.
Section 5. This ordin~nce shall be in full force and effect thirty
days from and after its !~as~-,ge and ,~ublicstion as provided by law.
Passed by the City Commi~sJon, ~igned bj the llayor, and attested by the
City Clerk in authen~ic¢;~tion of such passage this 1Zth day of August, 1930.
