~LN ORDINGNCE pro~'iding for a license fee for revenue and regulation of
miniature golf courses operated for revenue within ~he Cl~y of Bremerton and
providing penalties for viol~tion ~hereof.
BE IT ORD~INED BY THE CITY COI~ISSION O~~ THE CITY 0~~ Bi~IEi~TON
as follows:
Section 1. That any person~'~oDer~ting or desiring ~o construct ~nd oper~
a co~umercial miniature golf course for revenue within the City of Bremerton
be and he is hereby required ~o secure a license for each ~nd every mf such
minia~ure golf course~ as hereinafter provid~d~
Section E. Tha~ ~he license fee for e~ch of such commerci~-~l minia~ture
golf court)es, opera,ed for revenue, shall be ~lf~y ($~0.00) Dollars per year,
~o ex~end from July ls~ ~o June ~0~h of each ye~-~r or t'ractional p~t thereof;
and every person desiring ~o opera, re or construct and opera, re any such
miniature golf courses wi~hln the ~l~y limits of ~he City of Bremer~on shall
make application for such license ~o ~he City Clerk of said City, who shall
issue a license therefor upon ~he deposit by such applicant of tl~e said
s~ of 3~if~y (~50.00) Dollars.
~ Section Z. ~y person operating ~uch commercial miniature golf courses
within the city limits of the City of Bremer~on with ou~ first procuring a
license ~herefor, sh~ll be punished by ~ fine not ~o exceed One H~dred
~100.O0) Dollars or by imprtso~en~ in the city J~ll not exceeding ~hirty
~0) days, or by bo~h such fine and im~)risonmen~t.
Section ~. This ordLnanoe shall be in full force and effect ~hir~y days
after its passe, fie and pub!iteration ,~ provided by law.
Passed by ~he City Co~nission, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk in au~hentic~:tion of such passage this 1Zth day of August, 1930.
