Section 1.' This Commission having heretofore on the '21st.day of
May, 1930, duly ado~-)ted ~_~ resolution fixing June 18. 1930, at 10~o'clock

no objections having been.made to said petition by any abutting property
owner on s~id streets ,proDosing to be vac~:ted:
Now, therefore, 'the following de~-~uribed ~:treets in the. City of Breme~
ton, Kitsap County, ',~ashingtoa, to-wit:
Pitt Avenue from its j~=~ctton with East Eighth
Street and naywa.'d Avenue to East N.;nth Street.
be and the same is hereby vacated as a ,ou'blic ~:treet. and the land occupied
by said street ~..~s herin~bove described shall belong to the a. butting pro-
perty owners thereon, one-half to each.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect 30 days
