work necessary to finish the job in a good and worknmnlike manner and
do such other and ft~r~her work in coanec~i'~n therewith as may be necessary
~o make such i.nprovement a complete job, all in accordance wi~h a re[~olu~ion
l~assed by the 0i~y Co~mnission on the 13th day 9f ~y, 1950, and creating
Local Improvemen~ Di~rio~ ~1~.0, and p~'oviding that p~ymen~'for said
p~ovemen~ shall be made .by special assessments upon the proper~y in said
dis~rlc~ abutting upon' contiguous or approximate to said improvement and
payable by mode of payable by bonds.

AS 2.3LLOWS:
Section 1. Tha~ Wycoff Avenue from its intersection wit~
S~reet Ner~h for a distance of 330 feet be improved by the construction and
laying of main andlateral sewers, the construction and adjustment of inlets,
catch basins, man holes, and flush t~,nks, providing for the dr~inage thereof,
~o~her' with a~y a~d a,ll other work necessary to ffinish the job in a good
and workmanlike mannez- and ~o do such other and further work in connection
~herewifh as may be necessary to make suchimprovement a compl-ete Job.
Section 2. That all co~ts and expense~ of said improvement, in-
eluding all necessary and incidental expenses, shall be ~orne by and assessed
against ~he progerty included in the ~sse~:sment distmi?t ]~ereinaf~er created,
in accord~nce with the law, and the City of B~emerton .s~.~1.2'5~ be liable for
any of ~he costs off s~,id improvement.
Section 3. Tha~ there is hereby established and created a
Improvement Distric~ to be c,,lled and known as "Loc~l Im~rovement District
~l~Q .," ~he bo~ndaries of which district ~rs hereby specified and described
~s follows, to-wit;
Beginning at ~he inte~sectio~,~f the cen~er line of Wycoff Avenue
line of Wy~off Avenue a2d ~he center line of ~irst Streef~ ~hence
Nest 136 feet along the center, line of ~lrst S~reef; ~hence N'or~h
330 feet; ~hence ~ast 2V2 feet; ~henoe Sou~h 330 feet ~o the cen~er
line'of'~irst Street; thence West 136 feet along the center line of
~irst S~reet ~o ~he point of begi~iag.

Section 4, That the costs and expenses of said improvemer~ shall be
assessed agains~ said proper~y included in said improvement &istrict in
propor~ion to area and in accordance with the provisions of Section ~.,
Chapter 168 of ~he Session Laws of ~he S~ate of ~Vashington for 1915.
Section 5. Bonds bearing interest at ~he rate of 7%per ann~, payable
on or be¥ore ~ years f~0m ~he date of issuance shall be issued in pay-
men~of ~he costs and expenses of said i~provement, which bonds sh~ll be
redeemed by ~he collection of special assessments to be levied and assessed
upon ~he. proper~y within ~he said district, payable tn ~ 5 equal inst~'~llmen~
wi~h interes~ at the ra~e of 7%per ann~, u~der the mode of pa~en~
bonds as defined by law and the 0rdinances'of ~he City of Bremer~on; These
bonds shall be delivered to the con~raotor in ~he redemption cf warrants on
~he Local Imp~ovemen~ Distric~ ~und issued on ~he estimate of the .City Engin-
eer, or ~he City of Bremer~on may at i~s election, sell ~he said bonds and
make such redemp~io n sash.
Sec~ion 8. This 0rdin~nce sh~t].l be in full force and effec~ ~hir~y
days from and after i~s passage and publication as provided by law.
