be borne by the above deecribed ~roy~erty.

Section ~. Tha~ a concrete side w~lk a.oi~roximstely nine fee~' wide shall b
constructed ~-~s provided ir~ Sec~ion one hereof wi~h a~ixture m~ leas~ four inche
ir~ ~hickness' on the incline ~nd si~ inshes on the level, of.good workmanship and
according ~o the plains and speclfica~ions prepared by the City En~ineer.
Section ~. That ~he pre:-'ent ,p~vement on Wa~hington 3~venue shall be im-
proved by re~.~ovi,~ the curb between the South line of Lo~ 15 ~nd the North
of Lo~ l0 as i~roje~ed, and~in.:reasing the presen~ width of s~id paving from
fee~ ~o ~pproximat~ly ~went~:-six feet by !~aving with a one course-concrete pave-
men~~ ~o the side walk ~ine; ~nd shall provide for proper drainage and all othe~'
