West of the State Highway, as in this ordinance described, and
repealing Ordinance No. 1005.
Se~tY~n 1. This 0o~ission having heretofore, o~ the 8~h day
of Yuly, 1933, duly adopted a Resolution fixing zugust 12, 1933, at
l0 o'clock A. M. of said day in the Commission Chambers of the City
~_~_.~d...9~$~Y~S the time and place of hearing the petition
presen~ca ~o suid Oo~ission to vacate the hereinafter described end
of Eleventh Street, and notices of said hearing having been duly
given in the manner and form and for the time provided by law, and at
said hearing no objections having been made to .said petition by persons
owning property abutting upon the end of the street proposed to be
vacated, the City Commission finds that that part of the street here-
lnafter in Section 2 described has been and is and will be of no use
as a public street.
section 2. That the following described street, located in the
City of Bremerton, County of Kitsap, State of Washington:
C~encing at the Northwest corner of Block "B", Oyster Bay
addition to Port Orchard Navy Yard, Kitsap County, Washington; the
thence North.~0~.Femt; thence East to the North mrgin of said
State Highway; thence Southwest along the North margin of Lot
40, said Block "B"; thence to point of beginning, Kitsap
County, Washington,
be ~nd the same is hereby vacated as a public street and the land
occupied by said street as hereinabove described shall belong to the
abutting owners hereon as by law provided.
SectiOn 3. That Ordinance No. 1005 be and the same is hereby
repealed.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty days from and after its passage and publication as provided by
law.
PASS~ ~D ZDOP~ by the City Co~ission of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City CKerk in authentication of
such passage this 28th day of October, 1933.
