ORDIN~NCE NO.~XOll (continued) Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law. PASSED and' adopted by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton at the regular statutory meeting held for said purpose on the first Monday of October, 1933, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City C~erk in a~l~henticatlon of such passage this 2nd day of October, 1933.
