for the improvement of sixth Street from the center line of Naval Avenue, west
~o~the intersection of Sixth Street, and Callow Avenue; and Callow avenue from
its intersection with Burwell Street, north to Sixth.
TI~ CITY CO~ISSION O~~ TI~ CITY OF BREMERTON DO ORDAIN ~S FOLLOWS;
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the
city engineer and on file with ~he city clerk for the improvement of Sixth Streel
from the cen~er line of Naval Avenue west ~o ~he intersection of Sixth Street an~
Callow Avehue; and Callow avenue from i~s intersection wi~h Bu~ell Stree~
north to Sixth S~reet be and the same ere hereby approved and adopted.
Section ~. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ~hir~y (~0
days from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the City Co~isslon of the City of Bremerton, signed by ~he
~ayor and a~tested by the Cl~y Clerk in authentication of such passage ~hls E~rd
day of September, 19~M.
