cE ORDINANCE vacating the West end of Eleventh 'Street, West to the State ~
Highway as in this Ordinance described.
THE CITY C0~ISSION OF THE CiTY 0F BRE~RTON DO 0RD~iE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. This commission having heretofore,~ on the 8th day of July, 1933,
duly adopted a Resolution fixing August ,12, 1933 at 10 o'clock A.~. of said day in
the Commission Chambers of the City Hall of said city as the time and place of hear-!
lng the petition presented to said commission to vacate the hereinafter described
end ofm~i~venth Street and notices of said hearing having been duly given in the ;
manner and form and for the time provided by law, and ~t said hearing no objections
having been made to said petition by persons owning property abutting upon the end
of the street proposed to be vacated, the City Commission finds that that part of __
Eleventh Street hereinafter in Section 2 described has been, and is,and will be, of
no use am a public s~reet.
Section 2. That the following described street, located in the City of ; L~.
Bremerton, County of Kitsap, State of ~ashington;
Commencing at ~he horthwest corner of Block "B" Oyster Bay ~dditlon to
Port Orchard ~avy Yard, K~tsap Coun~y,~ashington, thense North 30 feet,
thense East to the ~orth ~argin of said State Highway, thense Southwest
along the Morth margin of Lot ~0, said block "B", thense to point of
beginning, Kitsap County, ~ashington, being the ~est end of Eleventh
Street, West of the State Highway, and reserving therein ~n easement for
wa~er main.
be and the same is hereby vacated as a p~blic street ~nd the land occupied by said
street as hereinabove described shall belomg '~o the a~utting owners thereon as by
law provided.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30)days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~ayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 23rd day of
September, 1933.
