~N 0~IN&NCE regulating the erection, cons~ion, enlargement, alteration,
repair, moving, removal, demolation, conversion, occupancy, equipment, use, helgh~,
area and maintenance of all buildings and/or s~ructures in the City of Bremerton:
providing for ~he issuance of permits and collection of fees ~herefor; providing
penalties for the violation ~hereof: and repealinE Ordinance No. 47V, and all other
ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith.

Section 1. That a certain doc~nent, ~hree copies of which ~re on file in the
office of ~he City Clerk of ~he City of Bremerton, being mar]~ed ~nd de~igna~ted a~s
"Building Code of ~he City of Bre~e~on, Washington, 1933" be and the s~u~e is ~ere-
by adopted ~s~ ~he Building Code of the City of Bremer~on for regulating the erec-
tion, construction, e~argement, alteration, repair, moving, removal, demolation,
conversion, occupancy, equipment, use, height, area and maintenance of all buildings
and/or structures in the City of Bremerton; providinM for t}~e issuance of permits
and collection of fees ~herefor; providing penalties for violation of such Code;
and each and all of the regulation~-~, provi~:~ions, penalties, conditions and terms of
such "Building Code Ordinance of the City of Bremerton, Washington, 1953" on file
ink,he office of ~he City Cle~'k are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof
as if fuIly se~ forth in ~his Ordinance.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 477 and all other ordinances in the City of
B~emer~on, ~r par~s of Ordinances in conflic~ herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. The Ci~y Clerk shall keep on hand at least three copies of such
?"Building Code 0~dinances of the City of Bremerton, ~a. shi. n~on, 193Z" for the use of
~he public and a~ reference, ~nd shall provide for such additions~l copies for sale
or distribution ~o persons interested as may be determined by the City Cor~i~sion.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be tn full force and effect ~hir~y (~0) days
from and after i~s passage and publication as provided by law.
Passed by ~he City Co~ission, approved by ~he ~Zayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such pass;age this 13~h day of },Iay, 193Z.
