Section 1, This 0~o~ission having h~re~ofore on '~he ~OSh day of
November, 19JE, ·duly adopted ~ resol~ion fixing December 28,
a~ 10 o'clock A. M. of said day as ~he Sims and place of hearing ~he
.peri,ion pr.esen~ed ~o said 0o~ission ~o vaoa~.e ~he hereinafter described
alley, and mo~ices of said hearing haviDg been duly given in ~he ma~er
