line of Sixth Street north to ~he cen~r line of Eighth Str~e~ together, with-
e tem~)orary r~lief s,w~r from the intersection of t'.nmsYlw~ni~ ~venue and Eighth
Stree~ East to High Avenue and ~henee North bo connect wibh the 'present 'sewer
on Ninth Street at approximately 20 fee~ E~-"t of the Eas~ margin of High Avenue'
and said ~emporary se~ver to be construct~ as a par~ and ~arcel of such impro-
vement and of the distrio~ to b~ h~reaf~r erea~d, together wi~h the eons~r~ct-

Section 2. Tha~ all cost and expense off said improvement, including all
necessary and incidental expenses, shall b~ borne by and assessed .~alus~

Section 5. Bonda bearing iu~rea~ a~ ~he ra~e of ~% per a~nn, paysble

pa~en~ of the costs and expenses of said improvement, which, bonds shall be"
redeemed by the collection ~ ~pecial assessments ~o be levied and assessed
upon the pro~erty within ~he sai~ die,riots, pays.ble in eight e~ual annual
installments Wi~h in~erest at ~he r~te of ~% per a~, ~der the mode of
pa~ent by bonds as defined by law and ~he ordinances of the 0i~y of Bremeri~

on the Local Improvement Dist~ic~:~und issued on ~he estimate of the City
