Bs amended ~o read as follows:
~ Section ll ~.ster Electrici~n's. Sure~y Bond The sure~y bond reeuired
of masts~ elee~ricians by section Six sh~ll be in ~he sum of ~,~o Thousand
[$2000.00) Dollars for each es~ablishmen$ or place of business maintained
by any person, firm or ~or?ora~ion as mas~er electrician, running
City of Bremerton, for ~he use benefit of said Ci~y, and of any and all p~ns
dealing wit[~ ~he LicenSee or his agen~s in his capacity as...a master electri-
cian, and shall be ezecu~ed by the applican~ and by a sure~y company
authorized ~o do business in ~he St:.~te of W,:~.shinK~on, which bond shall be
tha~ ~he Licensee and his agents shall full~omply wi~h all
ebn~itioned
provisions of law relating to elec~rlCity, and ~hat any persou injured by
failure ~o comply therewith may have a ris:h~ of action on said bond in his
o~ name, ~nd tha~ the princip~l ~and sure~ies shall pay all judgements
recovered a~ainst the principal for any violation of or failure to comply
wi~h said'pr0'~is:i:~ns of.law; provided th.~.~ such action m~s~ be commenced
wi hin on, wor , o
Bond sh~-~ll no~ be liable ~herem~der ~o auy one person in exce::'s of ~he
s~ of ~o H~m~ed ($200.00) Dollars. ~ovided tha.~ any mas~er electrician
having been established as such m~ster electrician for two years or more
may, in lieu of such sure~y bond hereinabove provided file wi~h ~he City
Clerk a ~ood and sufficien~ proper~y bond in ~he same amount and ~dth ~he
same provisions and penalties as hereinabove ~eouired for a surety bond,
which bond shall be signed by two or more sufficien~ sure tys owning pro'Qer~y
in the ~i~y of Bremerton who shall Justify under o~h as ~o e~ach ~ their
sufficientcy, and which bond shall be referred ~o the Oity Ooromission at a regul
meeting thereof for ~heir approVal or rejection, and when~3roved shall be ac.oep
by the Oity Ol~rk and a mas~er eleotricians's license shall be issued ~hereon,

days after i~s passage and publioation a~ provided by law..
