~964 be and the s~.~me is hereby ap roved and confirmed.
Sec'~ion 2, That each parcel and lot of land er par~ ~hereof as
shown in said assessmen~ roll is specially benefited by said improvement, and
~ha~ there be and hereby is assessed agains~ each parcel and lo~ of land and
par~ ~hereof and ether proper~y con~ined in said Improvemen~ Dis~ric~ as shown
in said roll, including ~he proper~y belonging ~o ~he City of Bremerton, ~he
respective amounts' in said roll ~.:e~ against e~ch said parcel or lo~ of land,
er par~ ~hereef, and o~her proper~y between the termini of said improvemen~
abu~ing upon, adjacent or proxima~e ~o s.~id street, and such amo~uu~s so
assessed are hereby declared ~o be firs~ lien, ~,gain~ each parcel'dr lo~ of
land er par~ ~hereof, ag~in~ which the same i~ assessed in said roll.
Section ~. That for the purpo~ze of ~i is said imprevemen~ ~there
