Section 1. Tha~ Section 6 of Ordinance Nc. Z1 entitled "f~ Ordinance granting
~he right ~o ereo~ poles and stretch wires thereon for electric purposes," approved
Apmil Sl, 190S, a~ amended by Ordinance No.llg, ~pproved December g6, 190~, and
further amended by Ordinance No. ~7~, approved January 9, 1911, be, and the same ~ereby
is amended to read as follows:
"Section 6. That all ~he privileges herein co,erred upon,
and granted ~o ~1 he s~id Comoa.ny,i~s succe~sors
or assigns, shall continue ~il ~he 26~h day of April 1942."
Section 2. This ordinance shall ~ake effee't when au~orized or approved
by the electors and legal ~o~ers of said City in ~h.e manner required by law; '~rovided,
within l0 days affter such approval ~he holder of said franchise ~:hall file with the
Oi~y Clerk of said Ci~y i~s written acceptance of ~his ordinance.
