therewith as may be necessary to n~ake such improvement a complete job, and the levying

Section S. That each parcel and lot of land of part thereof as
shown in said assessment roll is specially benefited by said i~-provement, ~nd that
~here be and hereby is assessed against each. p~rcel Ctnd lot of l~¢nd and part
thereo£ and other p~-operty contained in s~,id Improvement District as shown in said
roll, including the proper~y belonging to the City o£ Bremerton, the respective
amounts in said roll set agains~ e~ch s~id p~:~rcel or lot of land, or part ~hereof,
and o~her Property between the termini of said i~provemen~ abutting upon, ¢¢djacent
or proximate ~o said s~reets, and such amo~n~ts so assessed ~.re hereby declared to be
firs~ lt~n against each parcel or lot of land or p~rt thereof, against v~hich the sam

Section 5. This ordinance shall be in full force ~nd effect
