Section 1. That the maps. pla. n~ and specific tions prc~ared by the City
Engineer, and on file in the office of th~ Ci~yClerk of the City of Bremerton
for ~he improvement of Perry Avenue fro:~.~ E~s~ i-~inth 2~ree~ to East .hirteenth, and
East Ninth Street from Perry ~.~venue to Hayward ~venue, comprising Local Improvemen~
District No. 125, be and the same are hereby adopted, approved and, confirmed.
