AN ORDINANCE amending Section lB of ~rdinanoe ~o. 8?6, entitled, "An
0~dinance relating to plumbing; providing for the examination and licensing
Of Journeyman plumbers, and for the licensing, registration and bonding of
master plumbers; creating an Examining Board for Journeyman Plumbers, defining
offenses and providing penalties for violation hereof." by changing the penalties
provided therein for violation thereof.
BE IT. ORDAINED BY THE C~TY 00N~,IISSION 0N TH~ CITY 0N BRE~IERTON, as ~ollows:
Section 1, That Section lB of Ordinance No. ~ entitled "An Ordinance
relating to plumbing; providing for the examination and licensing of journeyman
plumbers, and for the licensing, registration and bonding of master plumbers;
creating an Examining Board for Journeyman Plumbers, defining offe~es and
providing penalties for violation hereof" shall be amended to read as follows:
Section 12. Any person,~ firm or corporation violating or failing to
comply with any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be' deemed guilty of
a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine in any
sum not exceeding One Hundred (100) Dollars, or by imprisonment in ~he city
Jail for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days, or hy both such fine and
imprisonment."
Section ~2. This ordinance mhall be in full force and effect thir~y~30)
~ays from ~nd after its passage and publication ~s provided bj~ law.
